Mark is a Finance and Operations Executive, strong in technology, with extensive hands-on experience as a CPA in public accounting, not-for-profit, and other service environments. He has held positions with global companies and small, entrepreneurial businesses and social entrepreneurs. He is a strong believer in continuous quality improvement and has the ability to identify areas of need and implement solutions. Mark will lead your Team as an adviser to internal controls, strategic planning, budgeting, and general business management to help ensure long-term financial stability.
Chloe Chiuminatto
Chloe is a CPA and has over seven years of public accounting experience performing audit, tax compliance, and tax planning services, specializing in small businesses, not-for-profit, and healthcare. Whether preparing Form 990s, helping set up new tax-exempt organizations, or navigating the complex Internal Revenue Code applicable to tax-exempt organizations, she is passionate about providing the highest level of quality and service.
